今天的早餐:咸麦片+生熟菜园蛋
材料:
麦片~4大汤匙
菜园鸡蛋~1粒
江鱼仔~半碗
调味料:
盐~少许
酱油~少许
做法:先把江鱼仔滚上汤,然后隔渣!再放入麦片,开慢火煮,搅拌之麦片溶化。
然后开始调味,放点盐,过后打入鸡蛋,再加点酱油在鸡蛋上面煮到半熟即可关火上碗!
味道:咸香有麦片和江鱼仔的甜味!又有加料的菜园鸡蛋,营养十足!
